Emissions and tuners?

Ok, dumb question, I've done a search and still can't really find an answer. Going in for state inspection and they plug in to obd II port for emissions, do I have to return truck back stock so as not to lock up my computer? Again, I know this is probably a stupid question since I have done a search and others have gone through emissions leaving their custom tunes in, but I just wanted to be sure. I have a Troyer custom tuned Xcall II. Sorry for the noob question.

DO NOT REFLASH TO STOCK.

It will likely set a p1000 code and require you to complete the Ford drive cycle.

You should have no problems passing the test with a custom tune.

Thanks guys! Wasn't too concerned about passing the test as I have seen where others have passed w/ custom tunes, but was more concerned w/ locking up computer, but if I remember correctly now, that is only if I use my tuner on another vehicle (which I can't I think) or if my truck is reflashed at the stealership. Thanks again!
