Additional mod while waiting for Gryphon upgrade
I sent my Edge Evo to PHP to be upgraded to a Gryphon with the only performance mod at the time being my CAI. I have not received my Gryphon yet and I've since had my stock muffler replaced with a Dynomax bullet. Will my custom tunes on the Gryphon have to be modified b/c of this change?

Cat-back exhaust modifications do not affect custom tunes. You should be fine.
However, it's always a good idea to check with your tuner - the more information he has about your truck, mods, objectives, etc., the better the chances your tune will meet your requirements. In this case, I'd recommend you post your question on PHP's forums.
