Right-click Save As *.GIF file?

What displays when you simply double-click one on yer pc?

These here? http://www.gopowerhungry.com/_support.html

BTW - what FX4 screen?

There's more splash screens on the forum.

Probably isn't getting saved correctly.

Ahhh... gotcha.

BTW - the GIF's save fine for me... if they don't display in a browser window when you double-click on a saved one, that's yer problem...

I know what you meant.

However, these are Bitmaps, whereas the ones seen on the PHP Support page are GIF's.

Which format is it supposed to be in??

I thinking bitmap.
Longshot270 or Xperties would have to confirm.
They are the ones who have done the most with this app.
I'm also wondering if something didn't get linked correctly when the website was redone?

The splash screen MUST be saved as a monochrome bitmap to work. It also has to be the 128 by 64 pixels.

If he downloaded a pic from the website, the forum or even my album and they are visible they are saved as jpegs not the bitmap. Usually if I attatched an image the attatchment was a bitmap. I'm not sure how Xperties saved his.

Then go back and save it again as a bitmap, if that doesn't work I could email you the ones you want or something. If you have a profile on the PHP forum I could send it in a PM because this forum does not allow attatchments or bitmap images. If you have a program like paint then you could open it up with that and save it as a bitmap.

Which ones are you wanting?

There is one that I believe has the ford oval and says racing in a script under it or one that has the fx4 and fx4 off road logo. I was going to change my screen to as close to ford blue as I could and then have the screen black with the logo blue.

Ill have to try that, do I actually type out bitmap after my text when I save it; ex. ford logo.bitmap

Oh, you dont type the bitmap. When you do the save as a window pops up and down where the name is you leave that alone. In the line below it says "Save file type as" and "GIF (*.gif)" If you go to that lower line and click on it you will also see "Bitmap (*.bmp)" That is what you need to select.
