hey guys, im new at this thread stuff so bear with me. my dad has a 2001 f-150 4x4 supercrew with the 5.4L and i need help with it.
he passed away and while we was going through his stuff i found a box that says "street & performance electronics INTIMIDATOR stage 4 computer chips & programming." at the top it has a label that says "2000 Ford F-150 5.4L V-8 Auto"

i wanna slap it on his truck but i dont know if it'll work or not. the label as stated above matches the truck perfectly except it says 2000 and the truck is a 2001. anybody ever have this chip? is it worth trying? i just need some advice, please.

Based on this, I'd donate it to the refuse engineer.

I'm guessing it's a resistor bank with not one, but four resistors.

 

Leave it in the box and forget it.
Those chips were really not the best for gas trucks.
A programmer or flip chip would be better.
