I just have the regular dash pod and blown about $100 just trying to paint the thing for a PTM/OEM look. And nothings worked. So since it can't be painted to match I've been looking for other options. Think it would be pretty cool if it were mounted in the dash where the useless coin holder is.

Anybody done a custom mount for their Edge Evolution or Edge CS?

 

If you look on the PHP website forum there are pics from what several guys have done for custom mounts.

 

I know that a guy on here has is in his ashtry I believe or maybe it is the coin holder you speak of.

 

Yea, I remember seeing someone here mounting it in the ashtray. Haven't been able to find the thread yet though.
