You lose less power at high altitudes with forced induction than you would with a normally aspirated engine. That's why turbodiesels shine in the mountains. Crank up the boost!

Not really, under ritter we have a few million dollar short fall in the budget. State employees are taking a mandatory 2.5% pay cut. Like J&J said, its a little different when the raods need virtually constant repair. They are tore up every winter and they do the best they can to repair every summer.

I guess since I've never lived a true winter state like CO it must be a ongoing battle year round. Funny how they do pothole repairs in the middle of the work days too, well not funny but interesting...

i just texted my bro and he said his father in law found out on the OBD that it was venting too much out. MAN you are GOOD!

i live in Erie PA right now where we get about 130 inches of snow every year and the roads get the same way. plus they use salt to melt the snow and ice which makes our vehicles rust. ever seen an 04 ram with a 3"x13" hole rusted out over the rear wheels? probably not in CO.... my 08 after i had it for 1 year i noticed rust colored spots on my chrome bumpers and my factory painted wheels were starting to get a little bit of discoloration too and i only had 14k on it and had it for 1 year. and on my buddy's 04 silverado, he got the original bumpers replaced with new chrome ones back in september, and the front one is already rusting and the back one is getting the same discoloration like mine. cant wait til i can actually have a vehicle looking new for longer than a few years.

maybe the roads in CA are full of pot holes for hurricanes. so the water has a place to sit so the roads stay clear
