hypertech econ programmer settings?

hypertech econ programmer settings?
I just got the econ for my 08 150 and have no idea what the "best" settings are. Such as my shift points and such. Anyone adjust their shift points and where do they feel the best? thanks

The "get my money back" setting is the best.

Did you get the Econ (green box) or the Max Energy (red box)?

i got the econ but it has everything the max energy has i believe
