Used truck, How do you know if it has been tuned or has stored program?

Used truck, How do you know if it has been tuned or has stored program?
Bought a 2007 Screw FX4, runs great. Thinking on buying the CST evolution. Am I able to tell if the PCM has a been tuned or has a program running that is greater then stock?

You would need to find professional help to assist you in this matter.
Or
Get the programmer and get an error when you try to reprogram it then you'll need to get the truck reflashed with a factory hex calibration. Then it would workafter that.
