First off let me say I have a 2005 FX4 Screw 5.4 3V. I have put on a helix power tower a K&N CAI and a Flowmaster dual exhaust. Bought a used gryphon from a member on here with the stock tunes only. I plugged it in and loaded the Level2 tune(because I have the CAI and read that this is the best tune for it besideds custom tunes) Anyway, my truck FINALLY WOKE UP!!! I am blown away....This sucker screams now!! I just can not beleive what a difference it made. My exhaust is more beastly....the CAI and power tower whistle like a damn turbo-diesel....I am just thrilled! Anyway I have my hex code now...Time to order me some custom tunes....How do I go about ordering them from PHP? I want an 87 economy and an 87 performance....I dont do a lot of hauling or towing, but if I ever do, is it safe to tow with a performance tune?

Man....thats a hell of an order form....I hate to sound dumb, but I don't know the answers to some of those boxes, how do I find out that information? Basically my truck is stock except for the flowmaster SI/DO, K&N CAI and Helix Power Tower.

 

That is what you tell them. And no, it is not safe to tow more than about 2500 lbs with a performance tune. That includes the trailer. Just keep the Level 2 towing tune for that.

Not trying to hijack the thread but this statement is true. A lot of people really know there stuff on here and always help out with out making others feel like an ***.
