Is anyone else having a problem with Justin returning emails? Was wondering if anyone knew of a problem. Usually they are returned promply, but I have sent 3-4 in the last couple weeks and I cannot get a response. Thanks.

like said above, may have went into his spam box. he replies to me, within a coupel days usually

 

no problems here. responded to each email (there were a lot of them) all within a day at the most

i emailed him sunday 1-24-10 a general question wasnt expecting a email back till the following day but with in my surprise he emailed me back within 10 mins we emailed back and forth probably 10-12 times sunday he was very helpful and answered all my questions very promptly i will be getting a tune from him really soon.

 

I had the same problem on Sunday and he had the nerve to call me on Monday morning to answer a couple more questions.
Very Impressed.
Oh ya ordered my tune on Monday as well. Can't wait

 

first tune he sent me took 2 days from when i emailed him the tuner strategy code but was over a weekend too, after that every email has been within a few hours, even when i told him dont rush on my new tunes since i dont have the parts in yet. had those tunes sent in under a day. cant say anything bad about the service thats for sure

 

I also e-mailed him a question last night and had a response this morning. I also have e-mailed 2 other big tuners on this site several times with no response. Customer service goes a long way with me and I will be getting a tuner from VMP when the time comes.

 

Yep justin is the man not very many people I know would take the time to email someone back on a sunday that's a BIG A+ in my book I'm looking forward to getting my custom tune

 

Like everyone else said, my emails were returned in hours or at the latest a day or two.
