I have a edge on my 2006 4.6 and I could tell the difference. What should I do for the gearing so I don't wear my tranny out. Everything is stock but all terrians and exhaust. What should I be getting on highway and city?

 

I don't understand your questions. Gearing? Getting what?

 

I have a 08 4.6 screw with stock tires but with a flowmaster and the gotts intake. I have the gryphon and get average 16-17 but just highway I got 23.5 and city I get around 14, both averages. I have 3.73 gears

 

My question was do I need to change anything so the edge I'd tuned to my truck. My friend had a chip in his and he had to get a new transmission.
