im being asked by the guy who is wanting to buy my tuner if it still has unlocks left? whats that mean?
i unprogrammed it from my truck before i sold it. my understanding is its unlocked but he needs tunes for his truck. is this correct? he wont have any issues with it other than getting his own tunes?
