BullyDog GT tunner

I recently installed a Bullydog GT Tunner in my 2008 F150 Limited. Man... it made a huge difference, plus its a neat little gadget. The only thing is that it turned on my check engine light, does anyone know why? or if this has happened to anyone? The truck still runs fine and everything. But the light is just on.

This is vitally important. The tune in use may be causing any number of problems.
My wild guess..... the codes come up lean banks 1&2.

The light is still on, i took it to a mechanic, and the guy said that the gt tunner wouldnt work for my truck because its too new, and the computer freaked out, so now i have to take it in the dealership to get my computer reprogrammed, i hope it didnt mess up the warranty. And another problem im having is that my back-up camera feature in my rearview mirror is not working... neither are my back-up lights, i dunno whats going on with my truck. it feels like its falling apart!!! anyone know whats up with the back up camera??
