I ordered a Gryphon last night (couldn't pass on the $40 off sale!) and I was wondering about how long it took some of yall to get an email from PHP saying the order was being processed? I filled out all my information, saved it to my computer, attached it in an email, and sent it to Corey. I've sent a couple emails to them recently with no response and I'm wondering if their email client is possibly blocking my emails -- I am using gmail.

I would call them but I know they are probably really busy and I figure Corey will respond once she sees this. In the meantime if anyone has any info they could share that would be awesome.

 

I printed your order form out earlier today. Most of today has been spent on the telephone and getting orders from last week sent out. Normally, it only take a couple of days, but I was out of the office for most of last week due to a nasty migraine that just wouldn't leave.

You should be processed tonight and shipped tomorrow or Wednesday.

Corey beat me to it. I read on their site that she was ailing and there was a delay on paperwork. I also ordered mine on sat. and could you believe I received an email on Sunday! Talk about customer service! Sounds like they have you takin care of. Best of luck.
