You would have to contact Edge or PHO and get it unlocked.

is it hard getting in touch with them? i almost thought for a sec u made it sound like it was a pain to get it to work if it wasnt returned to stock.

so anyone had a programmer that wasnt returned to stock? did it cost anything to get it fixed and how much?
