We'll need to take a close look at what's going on. If you could, PM me your HEX code and calibration version (both found in the [Diagnostics] -> [Tech Support] -> [Version Info] menu) and also what you've set your custom options to and I'll see what I can come up with. It may not be something you're doing but a calibration problem itself.

wow great thread guys. I was thinking this exact thing as a guy at my local 4x4 shop lost a tranny in his Edge unit. However it was dropped and I dont want to know how many brake stands they did.
