I'd get back with Justin on those mods when you do them. Either long tubes or a cold air intake could require changes in your current calibration. The long tubes because it moves the O2 sensor further back and the CAI might require a different MAF transfer function. You'd pick up more performance from higher octane and additional timing.

I would like to run higher octane but gas is over $3 gallon.

Do the math, you'll spend twice as much for a set of dynatech headers then the difference in premium fuel for 50,000 miles taking into effect the time value of the respective expenditures.

Just installed the 87 custome tune, I can spin my tires 20" know, but I need more stronger shift points. The trans shift faster and I fill more power, I will email Justin to see if I can raise my shift firmnes with out damiging trans. I want to be able to fill trans shift more.

Just played with setting, went for a drive wow, what a big diffrence in power and speed, my tires spin at every stop! All I need to do is adjust trans firmnes. Any body know how much we can raise with out damiging trans?

Can you please right down the setting to see how you have yours?

How can I tell what firmness I have my set to with X3? Thanks.

when you load the program and it asks you to adjust the settings . as you scroll there the shift firmness or tire diameters there will be a check mark next to the setting that is enabled.. just move to the desired selection and hit select to check mark that one.
