Just lookin for some advice or opinions on tuners and what i need to do to go about getting a custom tune for my truck thanks

You should get lots of reading to help. You will probably have some specific questions later.

Sure, it was new to us all at one time. On the tuners, there is just so much to say and it's all been said many times. It's best to read a little and then you will have some specific questions.
