Disconnect tuner for sub install?

N/m...just found this https://www.f150online.com/forums/ch...ry-discon.html

--------------------------

I have a Gryphon programmer, currently on Level 1 87 performance tune. I just got a new Saleen subwoofer from ebay, and in order to install it, I have to disconnect the battery. Do I need to do anything with my tuner before I start monkeying with the battery?

Disconnect it?
Flash back to stock and then disconnect it?
Something else?

I've had the tuner for 8 months or so, but honestly I've never taken it out of the truck since I put it in!

Shouldn't be a problem to leave the program in the pcm. If you are worried just unplug it and plug it back in when you are done.
