Superchips programmer questions

So i have the superchips flashpaq programmer on my truck now, Since ive only got the 4.2 and found a deal on it a while back I grabbed it so I could get my speedo calibrated with my 33s on and just to see if I could grab some extra MPG...for my first programmer & the money i was impressed. Now I know some about trucks, but not alot...wanted to see if anybody could help me out.

Does the superchips give you a MPG readout? I know if you have it plugged in while driving it will tell you speed and other engine readouts, but somethings I dont know.....What is fuel trim press? I go into the menu and it says Sh fuel trim 1 & 2 and Ln Fuel Trim 1 & 2 and Fuel rail press.......and another item in a seperate menu says Distance - MIL On....can somebody tell me what these readouts are for?

Thanks! if I ever get the money ill probably go to SCT since they dont make alot for the 04-08 4.2s

Fuel trims add or subtract a percentage of fuel to maintain stoichometric air fuel ratio. Short term fuel trims should be +/-5%.

Fuel rail pressure varies but should mostly be around 39.15psi.
