Put cold air system on, now I'm getting service engine light every so often.

 

Did you clear the KAM by disconnecting the battery during installation ?

 

Yes, also used my diablo to check the code. Left bake running lean. Noticing black on exhaust tips.

 

Do you have a custom tune for this intake?

The tune needs to be set up for an intake. The tune you have is for a stock truck probably.

it's more than likely a dirty MAF or something else, the 2 valve's are different than the 3 valve motors

did you upgrade to a larger MAF???

reaper what's your fuel pressure at? any other mods???? whens the last time you changed plugs and cops??

 

I'll clean the MAF. Truck is still all stock except flowmaster welded system.
I rarely drive it, I thought it was old fuel problem. I only have 20000 miles on it. Flushed the fuel system with Lucas cleaner.
