What's the best handheld tuner for a 07 F-150 that has the best tranny tune? The way this tranny shifts stock is sad-it never downshifts enough to pass anyone!

 

I love my Gryphon custom tunes from PHP. Downshifting was my big complaint, even with the Edge. Now, it downshifts at nearly any speed.

I'm sure an Xcal3 tuned by Troyer will do the same thing.

I would stick with one of these two.

 

I have the gryphon with simply the canned tow tune (i amped up the shifting though) and it shifts like a beast compared to stock

 

Any one of these three--php, troyer, and vmp.
Php has gryphon+xcal3
Troyer has xcal3+sct live wire
Vmp has xcal3

All good tuners and good products.
