Still not sure which programmer I am going to pick up this summer, but where are some of the best places to buy from. Should I look at a used one?

I am looking for a programmer which I can take down to my local ford/mustang speed shop and have then do a custom dyno tune.

 

Check your local speed shop first to see what software they have and what devices they support. My personal choice would be the SCT Xcal3.
