So Lost..

So im looking for a Tuner for my 2005 FX4 w/ 5.4L anyways ive been looking around and i keep seeing differnt names pop up such as the gryphon, edge, SCT, and Banks. Right now as far as mod's go ive got a Banks exhaust and that's it. and I read about the whole deal "Oh don't by an intake untill you get a tune.." ect. So here i am i got cash in pocket and looking to get tunes done for my truck i don't tow anything and i just like to have power when i need it. I get 87 Oct. most of the time. so this should answer most of your questions.. So if you do tunes or no of someone i should contact or have a web site i should vist please post. Thanks you in advance.

PHP, Troyer Performance and VMP along with many others can do up a custom tune for your truck

what do you want from a programmer?

you may want to consider running 91-93 octane as it seems to yield better mileage when custom tuned

If a monitor that displays 4 items at a time, such as voltage, engine temp, and about 24 other options, appeals to you, then get a Gryphon from Power Hungry Performance. I could not do without my monitor. If it has no appeal to you, save a few dollars and get the Xacl3 from Troyer Performance

does the extra guages appeal to you?? if not then look into an Xcal3 from one of the above mentioned custom tuners and you should get your gains
