X3 problem

X3 problem

I tried to change my tune today and when I plug in the x3 it says filesystem initializing and wont go past that. Anyone know what the problem is?

Battery is fully charged and is not weak.

Nope truck has never been to the dealer since I have owned it. Last time I used the tuner was back in January and it worked fine then. The only thing that has happened since then was I had an emission test.

I bought it from troyer and yeah that's what I am thinking.
