I was tickled pink with my edge, Bill at PHP can do wonders and I upgraded to the Gryphon. Of course I have quite a few mods on my truck, but even the Gryphon for a stock truck is better than just canned tunes!

Definitely. A little more power but much better shifting and downshifting.

I was thoroughly displeased with my Evo at first. Once I adjusted the customizable parameters, she really woke up. Feel the difference? Absolutely. I had her back to stock for a few days after I updated the firmware on the Evo. I hated it.

The dipsplay module keeps shutting down or restarting at random during trips, so it is being sent it. I am not looking forward to having to drive around with a stock tune for several weeks.

Same hardware, better tunes and better customer service.

I run an 87 Performance tune most of the time. I would hate to go back to canned tunes.

Hey defconfive,
I had the same problem, the wire was not securely in place at the unit end. I snugged it up and its been behaving fine ever since.
Might save you from having to send it in!!

Yeah, these pocket sized techno gadgets are the best bang for our trucks, period, IMHO.
