Looking at maybe purchasing a used Edge programmer #15050. I have a 1998 F-150 4.6 V-8, auto & 3..55 posi. My biggest concern is towing, more power & better mpg while towing. I think I might be able to get it for between $175- $200.00. Will this programmer fit my needs & is the price in the ball park? What things should I look for when purchasing a used programmer? I am not totally sure if the programmer route is right for me that's why I am thinking used. That way I am not out $400 to $500.00 if it is not for me.Thanks. Chief Mike.

 

175.00 - 200.00 for a used Edge seems kind of a high price to me.
