Yeah, I had a X-girlfriend break in my room and steal my truck keys while I was overseas. She said she just wanted to get something out of the truck, but that was a lie. So, after two months of her driving the truck around like it was her own, I had it confiscated from her. Yeah, she''s crazy and yeah, it will most likely turn into a legal matter. Anyway, enough on that. Back to the subject matter.

My SCT STOLEN! Yeah, so now my SCT tuner (Xcal2) is no longer where I left it, in my center console. So, my question is, being that the tuner had my stock tune on it, will I be able to retune my computer without the stock tune? If not, how can I fix this?

 

Have the dealer re-flash your computer.

On a separate note, what made you think you had to keep the tuner inside of your truck?

 

You better press charges against her, grand theft auto and property theft.

 

Sorry to hear, that is rough. If you somehow get another XCal(insurance) SCT can make you a stock file or you could go to the dealer.. dealer will charge though.

1) she asked to get something out
2) never said she could drive it, i dont assume i can drive ppls vehicles
3) she might be a chick into HP.. or someone knew what it was
4) maybe incase his truck won't run cuz of the tune for some reason, i have had to take my tune off once or twice and was glad i had it when i needed it.

 

He never told her she could drive it either, and who knows who she would have had in or around the truck. She might not know what the tuner was, but someone else who was with her did.
