VMP website- order will not go through

VMP website- order will not go through

I tried ordering 2 custom tunes for my XCal2 from VMP's website and after filling out ALL of the information...
"This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later."

I tried three times. Twice with Firefox, once with IE.

A little bit frustrated, as I really don't want to send credit card and other information in an email, which the FAQs suggest if the site won't work. Anybody know what could be going on?

Update-

Boy, I feel stupid. My street address # was recently changed and I was putting the new address, but I forgot my credit card is still using the old address. I'll probably get notified of an attempted stolen identity soon

Well now I feel like a complete idiot, but I am happy that my tunes are ordered. I can't wait!
