just got my gryphon and very very happy. i had another brand name programmer and thought it was a waste of money, and never would have bought another until i got in this forum. u guys are very persuasive and glad i got the new programmer. i didnt have my hopes up and boy i was was impressed cant wait to get the custom tunes

 

Wait for the tunes, but for now you still got the awesome gauge not to mention outstanding customer support, if you love the canned tunes you will flip once you get the custom tunes

 

LOL I couldn't help but chuckle when I read that we're "very persuasive" because we are SO not the type to push our product and go for the sale. In fact, we often steer customers to other vendors if we feel that someone else can help them better than we can. I think I know what you mean, though, and I take it as a compliment. We really believe in the products we sell, so it's easy to tell customers about how great they are!

I am SO glad that you're enjoying your Gryphon! I love mine, and when Bill took it out today, I was miffed. (Jon can vouch for that!) It's still not back in the Expy yet, but I don't intend on leaving the house for quite awhile...

I know what you mean, though, when you mentioned not getting your hopes up and being happily surprised. Lately, I've been unimpressed with different companies and vendors that we deal with for our advertising and marketing materials. A couple of months ago, we started packaging our programmers differently, and I thought that the box looked too plain and went online to check out different companies who make stickers. I found one that looked okay and ordered 1,000 4" X 5" stickers with the PHP logo to put on these boxes. As dumb as it sounds, I was so impressed with their product that I not only wrote them an e-mail, but I also called them just to tell them that I thought it was the best money we'd spent in a long time.

I really hope it made their day as much as the wonderful posts from our customers make ours! We really appreciate it when people take their time to let us (and others) know that we're doing something right. So thank you, again, to all of you wonderful people who make us look good on here.

 

i took my wife out in the truck to let her drive to see what she thinks and she even says its alot better than the other one. she stated that her foot seem to be a heavily now that with the gryphon. but one question ever time u get into the truck to start will have to agree to the warning to get in to start working

 

It should only ask you the first couple times and then it'll stop. If it does it more than 3 times then there's a problem. Let me know.
