Unless Corey is keepng something from Bill, I think you will find Corey is of the feminine persuasion .......that being said, they are, indeed, great to work with,

I spoke with Corey on the phone yesterday...She is definately very much a woman! I agree though, great customer service and pleasant to deal with.

I ordered my Gryphon yesterday as well after talking with Corey and ordered two custom tunes. Looking forward to more performance out of my already great 5.4.

LMAO!

This week, we received a phone call from a customer with whom I'd spoken via e-mail several times. He asked for me, and Bill told him that "she isn't available." Bill said that you could hear the shock in his voice.

Don't worry! I'm not offended in the least. I totally love my name and wouldn't want any girlie spelling like Kori or Corrie. Ick.

Thank you for making me smile today.

(BTW, I'm the one on the left; Bil's on the right. Liam's the littlest, and Wil is the big brother. We dressed up for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at Disney World in September.)

Received my Gryphon on Friday....exactly one week from ordering to delivery.....pretty decent for getting it from GA to the boonies of eastern Canada. Had an f1 error issue when trying to get it to take the canned tunes but finally figured it out. Also had 4 DTCs stored in the diagnostic mode but no "check engine" light showing ..... not sure what that's all about. In any event, I can hardly wait for the custom tunes to arrive

You can always give us a call if you're unsure of anything. The only time we don't answer the phone is if we're not here or on the phone with another customer (and it's a pretty involved phone call).

.....or on Fidays

No problem, Corey. Was just that the f1 code wouldn't go away even with re-plugging the OBDll connector. Did a search and found a fix from another user with a similar problem. Gave me an opprtunity to use the usb cord.
All is well and anxiously awaiting custom tunes but I suppose Bill needs to sleep sometime

regards
Steve

A quick (slightly off-topic) question to the Canadian members on this thread. How much were the brokerage and duty fees on your Gryphon when you received it?
