SCT downloads with windows vista?

SCT downloads with windows vista?
Is there a possible way to download sct x3/livewire updater with windows vista? I have tried several times and I cant download and anything from their site

you've got to have windows XP... there's a couple programs out there than can help but I wouldn't trust them with tuning. I deleted vista from my lap top and went to XP just to run the SCT programs

dual boot your computer with xp and only install sct software on xp.
