Another Thank You To PHP
As I have read on here, you guys get these types of posts all the time, and I guess I never really understood why... BUT NOW I DO!!!
Thank you Bill and Corey for such GREAT customer service! I'm sure I was probably a bit annoying to you guys, but hey, your playing with the brain of my baby! Bill, your custom tuning abilities are absolutely phenomenal!!! You're able to take such a broad explanation of what someone wants, and hit the nail right on the head with the results!! And Corey, you are one of the most personable people that I have ever dealt with at any company. You made me feel welcome and that my order was important to you. You treated me like a person, not a number, like most other companies do.
And for this, I thank you.
Keep up the great work, all of us here at f150online really do appreciate it!

Thank you, Tom, for taking the time to make that post. So often, Bill and I get swamped and feel like we're letting our customers down in the customer service department. Thanks for reminding us that we're doing okay and that it's appreciated.
