Can an edge programmer for a 2004 ford f150 5.4L be used on an 2004 ford f150 4.6L??

Yes. As long as both are NBS. If the 4.6 is a heritage than no. Also remember you can only tune 1 truck with the Edge. You cannot put the tunes on 2 trucks at once
