It's a pitty that people actually think these things are true. Defiantly shows the "intelligence" of some people in this world.

Ademartin1, do a little more research on this forum and you'll find the thread(s) about how it's a scam...it's simply an inline resistor pack that "fools" the pcm into thinking the engine readings are different than actual, and it readjusts performance settings for the non-existant conditions.

The only way to add/change any performance or computer settings on the newer Fords (and most newer vehicles) is with a tuner that connects to the OBDII port and "flashes" a new program onto the PCM. There's a few different companies and products that are offered...again, do some research for the TONS of posts...and many on here use them and a few are experts on their particular models - even the company owners post on here and can help you.

Hey martin, do not get fooled by this, do you see how crazy that product is, you type in a ford Areostar 1990-97 and they say exactly the same thing as for any other car on there even the jaguar, come on, that is foolish. It tricks the Computer into thinking the air is colder than it really is, and only works on WOT. A true Tuner works on every range or RPM.

If you want something cheap for your truck and works, do the GOTTS intake.

They work......on tearing crap up.

Yes, I know they do. Me and some friends got together, decided to play with one... Made my truck spit and sputter, and a week later I was replacing the intake gaskets.
