Question for the guru's

I recently programmed my edge with a 93 performance tune and the truck runs horrible.
Idle is in the high 400's low 500's i maxed it out with 300 and nothing
tranny has a shutter from takeoff
WOT screams but goes nowhere

I can give you a breakdown of what the tune is?
tranny 1-2=12,2-3=12,3-4=9
shift WOT 1-2 5250,2-3 5250,3-4 4800
timing 1.5
fuel WOT 1.5
Rpm 5650
gears 3.55
tires 2565

I think my truck just likes the stock level 3 tune with tires and gears changed

You do like your shifts firm!
the way I look at it is.........if the truck don't like......it don't like. Find the tune or a custom tune that suits your needs and one that the truck seems to work well on.
As well as these tuners work and as fun of a toy that they are.......I still use caution and try not to get too over-aggressive with my settings. The old saying........don't get greedy
This is just my approach though!

Those are the exact settings I ran on my truck for 2 years before getting the custome tunes. My truck was very happy with it. I ran that same on level 2, other than the timing adjustment and never a problem. I have no idea why your truck would not like it, but the trucks do differ somewhat as they are controlled by a computer. One thing, go in and save your settings, then recheck your gears and tire settings.
