hey just wonderin about tuners can someone please tell me exactly what they do and what they do for your truck thanks and any suggestions on one to buy would be help full

Tuners are hand held devices that hold computer programs written by someone that knows how to get the most out of a vehicle. You download a program to the trucks computer which replaces it's fatory program. Adds consdierable performance and there are tunes to achive specific goals such as towing , gas mileage, and high performance. Now, as suggest above, go read a lot of the threads in the tuners and programmer's section.
