I live South of 1187 and pass that place frequently. Have been curious about it. I would just make sure whoever tunes it that they know about tuning the 5.4 3V in a truck. Not the same as a Mustang, and that is where most have their experience.

The guy that owns HPP is a good friend of mine and extremely knowledgeable with anything Ford or GM. For $700 he will sell you the tuner, dyno tune your truck and let you make modifications while it's there. It's a really good deal. They are out on 121 in Lewisville toward The Colony behind a gas station on Holfords Prairie Rd.

They where the most helpful place I called. I just need to decide whether or not I want to spend the extra cash. The place out on 1187 has never been real helpful. They always seem to act like they are going out of they're way to talk to me. Im the type of guy who appreciates a business that wants to build a relationship with its customers. I dont mind paying extra to support a local business who cares about what they are installing on my truck. Its not like in some 16 year old kid making 6 bucks an hr at Dairy Queen. Im a 30 year old businessman with a six figure income who wants a bad *** truck. Ive had such bad luck looking for a good shop around here. I just keep running into guys with bad attitudes.

i would try to paypal vpm, you can set your paypal shipping address different than your p.o. box. It should get you around the credit card issue.

Mike, I'd have to agree with you on that one. I still haven't found a good shop or business around here that does a good job and is very helpful. There's always the individuals who work on their own stuff (quite like myself) and do good work, but don't have the capabilities of a full service shop.

Let me know if you or any other north Texas members find a place that's worth spending our time and money in. There's plenty of places for the Mustangs or import tuners to go to, but hardly any work on the trucks...

And BTW...if any of you in the surrounding area have any car shows, races, etc. that you plan on hosting/going to, start a thread for it (instead of hacking a random one like I just did, lol) and let's meet and greet sometime. There seems to be many of us in DFW and the more we network the better we can help each other...just my .02
