Who wrote your tunes? The canned tunnes are for a stock truck. With mods you should have a custom tune written to get the best performance.

Well if you are gonna run the canned tunes i ran 87 octane with 10 percent more tranny pressure on my xcal 3. But you should play around with it for your liking. I never tried 93 octane but i imagine it is much better. I have troyer tunes but alot of people are going with justin at vmp tuning for the xcal.

I set it on 91 octane. I put mid grade in with a octane booster. I may be able to run 93. After having Justin tune yours did you notice a big difference, or could you tell a little bit??

I had troyer tune mine and i liked how he made my transmission upshift and downshift. Throttle response is instant and better power though out power range. I am wanting to fill up with 93 octane and set my tuner to 93 performance. Everybody says it is much better. You can also get the custom tunes tuned to your liking. Such as performance fuel economy and towing.

Troyer has a long wait time like 10 - 12 weeks. But look at troyer performance .com

I'd recommend you going with VMPTuning.com. Wait time is 1-2 weeks. Both make great tunes. VMP's prices are better even with TP's F150Online discount.

Do not bother with octane boost either. It would take too many bottles to have an effect. It is cheaper just to buy better gas. Go with VMP or Troyer for your tunes.

Number one get your facts right before you start letting your trap open. Yes I found the site, but as for any performance shops, I am new and have no idea. Besides the fact, I am going with VMP Tunes.
