Hey everyone. I was thinking about getting this programmer for my truck and I have a question. on autoanything.com it specifies for my 99 5.4L the immediate gains are 15 hp and 25 ft lbs of tq from three settings. What does this mean exactly? And are those figures baseline? Can they go higher then that?

 

lvl 1 is stock 2,is tranny 15 lbs of torque and 3 is 25 hp and 15 lbs of torque
