About 6 weeks ago, Bill e-mailed a list of customers and asked them for their HEX codes (it's displayed when you first plug your Gryphon in). We still have quite a few invoices without HEX codes. Please look for an e-mail from me tomorrow or Thursday; I will send another e-mail request to anyone whose HEX codes haven't been received.

Please know that you may have e-mailed it when we were having trouble with our ISP provider. As of this Monday, that problem should have been alleviated! YOU WOULD NOT HAVE RECEIVED A BOUNCEBACK MESSAGE TO LET YOU KNOW THAT YOUR E-MAIL DIDN'T GO THROUGH, so it's not your fault. It was a problem that we didn't know we were having, unfortunately, until after the fact.
