jsut got my flashpaq and put it on my 2000 5.4 ext cab.......had a friend set my shift points and pressures but wanted to see if anyone else know the best settings for my truck for optimal performance...thanks!

 

Got Flaspaq for my 2007 5.4L and impressed with it. Asked in this thread for opinions and everyone said go with Gryphon. Couldn't wait and cost difference was critical. $495+freight+duty+brokerage+US exchange... vs $330 CDN no freight...no problems. Set up trip on the 15th for towing and used Flashpaq settings and mods for vehicle. Increased trip distance by minimum 100kms on a tank pulling 1600Lb trailer. Still trying to learn shift points but am happy so far with Flashpaq settings. Driving with performance setting right now. Noticable power increase.
