Hypertech programmer?
I have a 2002 fx4 screw, does anyone know what all it could do for me, and if there is something better than that.

Yes there is something better than that. Custom tuned Xcal2 or Xcal3 from a place like VMP or TP.

I started with a hypertech and eventually moved up to an xcal2, I really enjoyed the hypertech but back then my truck was a stocker...
