76 days and still no tunes from Troyer...
I have been ignored by troyer as well, I sent a email questioning about their efan controllers and the problems they have been having, I haven't had a response after 2 weeks, it has kinda pushed me away. Well I hope your tunes come soon, I have been waiting 4 weeks for my tune from Bill, but with all his recent events, sickness, and what not, I understand, but Troyer is a MUCH bigger buisness, and I would think the wait is alittle excessive.

From what I've heard Troyer has 20+ employees, but maybe that was untrue, but his buisness is far bigger than Bill's, he sells all types of performance parts, and his parts selection is big. If he is running only 5 people, it's no wonder he takes that much time, but I don't see how he could have so few employees and keep the inventory and volume they deal. But either way, I would still like to hear back from them about the efans.
The excessive wait time is the main reason I probably won't be buying any tunes from Troyer. I would have gotten some on the last group buy and sold my Edge if it weren't for the wait. As it is I can swap my Edge for a Gryphon and have Bill email whatever tunes I need.
Just got a voicemail from Mike letting me know the tunes had been sent. Checked email and sure enough, they were there. Same night and day performance difference over stock as before. A noticeable difference over the x3 canned tunes as well.
I hope some other shops starts making people wait 6 months. Then people will think this new 6 month wait shop's tunes are just that much better than Troyer
give me a break.
Everyone do yourself a favor. Don't go with Troyer if you don't want to wait 10 plus weeks for something VMP does in a week. If you want some good underdrive pullies then by all means use him. But even for that you can find his ASP pullies for cheaper some where else. But then again. Troyer may make you wait 3 weeks for your pullies. So his are probably better than shop x.
ps don't use his EFans either.

16 years experience, he's tuned more of these trucks than everyone else combined. You want the best? you have a small wait. big whoopdifuk.
10 Weeks is a little steep for me. This is kinda turning me off from Troyer tune.
Some say it's worth the wait but the biggest point was the original poster was quoted a time for his tunes and didn't show then he had to try calling multiple times. Which I think is totally unacceptable. If you tell me 10 weeks for my tune ok but if it take 13 weeks and I have to call you ever other day then thats totally unacceptable in my eyes.

When I first ordered my TP tunes last June I was told about 4 weeks from Crystal, but I was fully expecting to wait 7-8 as that was the going time on here. At 7 weeks I called and they said about 7-10 business days. I figured thats ok, that is close to what I was expecting 8.5-9 weeks. called after 9 weeks and was told I was in the top 10. Made many more calls and was in the top 5 for a couple weeks, in the top 3 for another couple of weeks and by time I got my tunes a grand total of 14 weeks had passed, I was not a happy camper. There were many times I wanted to cancel but when you hear all the praise these guys give him and that you are very near the top I decided to stick it out just a little longer all the time. In the end it definitely was NOT worth the wait. I have had better tunes from BAMA chips that were sent out within 3 days. and it was on an escort, not a mustang or any other highly modified vehicle.
