Hey everyone. i am new to all this stuff and after reading about them i feel like it is going to be time to purchase one in the future. currently i have a 2000 f150 with 5.4 flowmaster super44 and kn intake. is this the thing i need to order from troyer? http://www.troyerperformance.com/cgi...catalogno=1715

is there anything else i will need with that? or is that it? i just plug and play basically? will i notice a pretty big difference in power, and what about MPG?

Although i have the newer engine than you, i too am running 2 chamber flows and the K&N. Troyers tunes did great for my truck with those mods, just as any custom tuner will. All you need to do is call them and they will get you set up with your order and what you need.

As for MPGs, not much increase on the 87 tune, but the 91 premium tune i did see a noticeable increase in MPG. i can consistently get 17-18 highway, which is darn good for a 5.4 4x4.
