I can't see the webpage because I'm at work, but I bought an Auto X-Ray Code Scout 2500 on Ebay for around $150. It does OBD-I and OBD-II and is compatible with CAN vehicles. I've used it a bunch of types of cars now including, Ford, Dodge, GM, and BMW and works great. It scans and clears codes and checks to see if you emission system is ready for testing... if you want to use a scanner as a diagnostic tool than you may want to try the Auto X-Ray 4000 or 6000 as it has more capability, but is about twice the price.

2004 NBS F150 is CAN.

PLEASE NOTE: this scanner is not compatible with (CAN) Controller Area Network protocol. The Controller Area Network protocol is used by some 2004 and newer cars. See our CAN-BUS Pro Scanner tools that are compatible with all OBD 2 cars.
