Thumbs up Thank you! Troyer Perf Customer service!

Ok,

Called TP today and talked with Cryistal and Anita about what happened when i tried to load the tune. They were very concerned and were doing there best to help me out of this mess. We went through alot of different things to fix it but nada.

At this point i was getting very concerned about the whole thing. They talked to SCT and SCT tech guy wanted to talk to me so TP called me and told me to call Mike at ext 148.

All i can say is unbelievable customer care and service from TP and SCT.
This Mike guy new his chit. He was able to retrieve and save my stock file from the X3. He then did a remote connect to my computer and as i watched my mouse cursor move around all by its self. (Weird to watch )

He did a format to my X3 uploaded new firm ware and files to my computer and installed them into the X3. He loaded the latest firm ware version 1.1.131 and tune rev 109. Apparently the version i had caused problems in certain models. I just happened to be one of the lucky few. ( Luck of the Irish me ****!!)

Mike then stayed on the phone with me and we returned the truck back to stock and started it with no problems.

I then loaded the the 87 Oct Perf on with no problems. I have yet to drive it but im very happy my ordeal is over and nobody got hurt.

Once again a big Thanks you to Troyer Performance and Mike at SCT for going above and beyond to fix my problems with the X3.

Now to have some fun with these bad boys and put the last few days behind me.

Phil bud. You were spot on.
They are a great bunch of peeps at Troyers and SCT. Very professional and were willing to go the extra mile. SCT hours are 9 am to 5 pm and Mike at SCT stayed on the phone with me till almost 6 pm way past his finish time. Only when everything was working did he let me go off the phone.

Congrats on the new tunes. I think once I order mine I'll just book a week off work and bring the truck right to TP so they can tinker with it

MAN, how could you load your tunes and not take it for a test ride. That just sounds crazy. If you ever win the lotto, I will hold onto your ticket until your ready to cash it in.
