Great to hear from you again. Its been awhile and it is great to hear that you and your family are getting through the tough times. It is never good to hear of a friend or their family members having troubles. I will let the boyz here know everything is going well and getting better. Hope every thing is going well for you and your family!
I know this isn't probably the best time to ask for your help.....but, I am having a few problems with my EEF2400 and would like to chat with you before I try to "fix" it! Your help would be greatly appreciated. Sent you an e-mail this A.M. but it was not in my "sent items" so I'm giving this approach a shot. Hope to here from you soon. Thanks in advance, Ed

Hey folks, just to let you know...this thank you extends to Larry @ discountpowerparts.com as well as Kevin @ Edge Products. I had a hardware problem with my Edge! I misplaced my receipt and called Larry. Had a copy of the receipt in my inbox 3 minutes later. I emailed Bill, he contacted me and asked a few questions and we BS'd for 10 minutes or so. Bill contacted Edge and they called me about 4 minutes later and have shipped me a new unit.
Bill, Larry and Kevin... thank you very much!! You went out of your way for someone you didn't even know.
Three great companies with excellent customer service. In this day and age, whodathunkit?
