Chips and tuners for already Supercharged 07 HD

Can someone please help me out with this? I heard that the truck is already detuned/limited and that all 450 horses aren't being unleashed when we hit the gas pedal. Can someone please tell me how I can get a use of all these horses, if not more. And does that K&N air filter really add 13HP to the car?
Thanks!

I’m assuming that you have the Saleen supercharger setup since you stated that it’s a 2007 HD. If that’s the case, then your setup at around 5.5PSI stock from Saleen. A custom tune at the same boost levels will net you an increase of around 10RWHP and around 40RWTQ. That’s basically the HP/TQ JDM made with just a custom tune on their Saleen setup. The only way to get a significant increase in power and torque that you can feel, is to increase the boost levels. But once you increase the boost levels on the Saleen setup, you void your Saleen warranty. If you don’t want to increase your boost levels, you can try upgrading to 4.56 gears. You will notice and feel the performance increase with the upgraded gears. And no, the K&N air filter will not add 13hp with your setup.

Since you're in NJ, I'd say call up JDM and find out what they can do for you .. at least you will want to get a dyno tune, maybe even a pulley.

I wouldn't call Troyer unless you're planning on driving down to Va. If you aren't going to have it dyno tuned and you have a supercharger you're best to leave the stock tune as is.

As Thumper said. Call JDM for a dyno tune.

You dont have to drive to there place, they just want your datalog info to see how the truck is doing, and you can go to any dyno and run your truck to get that info,
