You should get the best one for you, that's why!

Seriously, I see this type of post of which to get and there are so many options. How much do you want to spend? Are you towing? Any other mods? You need to think about any type of mods you might put on later. Read more on this forum and read what others are writing. If you have a more specific question that you can't find the answer for then ask it.

Don't want to sound like a butthead but this type of question is getting old.

Alright I'll play, I have a Superchips Micro Max that does what I wanted it to do. Wanted to get rid of a flat spot in my 2-3 shift and have the availability to change my speedo when I put bigger tires on. Kinda was looking for a little better fuel milage but just can't seem to put it in the 87 setting, sure does run smooth in 93 performance.
Going into getting a tuner I used the search button alot and read the good and the bad, canned vs. custom. If you are expecting a kick in the seat with anybodys canned tuner on a stock engine you are not going to be real happy parting with 400 bucks. If you are looking for all out go then you better get with a custom tuner.
FYI, I've noticed a lot of vendors are marking the price of older style canned tuners down alot sense SEMA. I got my Superchips Micro Max off ebay new from Mustangs Unlimited for 219.00

Superchips, SCT, Edge, Hypertech, Jet chips.

Then you have custom tuning also which there is a debate on which to go with also on that.

Do you like this answer better. There is no right answer coming from others. YOU need the best tuner/tuning for YOUR truck and for what YOU are going to do with YOUR truck.

I have Troyer tunes with X-Cal2 and 3.5" AF1 cold air intake. This is what I chose for MY truck.

Kevin :santa: Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!

X3 powerflash from Troyer performance
heard nothing but good from them-can be custom tailored for all your needs and whatever mods you have on your truck-worth the wait to get it (about 10 week waiting time-got mine in about 7)

-Just got mine and im very happy with it so far, cant wait to try the 91 level
